Warthog Authorized Reseller & MAP Agreement
WARTHOG SHARPENERS MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY
Warthog Sharpeners (Warthog) has determined that to properly place our products in the marketplace and to consistently communicate the value of Warthog to customers, we as a company need to support the dealers, distributors, and resellers (Resellers) that support our products. This desire to assist the Resellers has led to establish a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for our products.Therefore, all advertisements of Warthog Sharpeners will be subject to this Minimum Advertising Price Policy (Policy). The terms of this policy apply to all Resellers, and all Resellers are expected to communicate and enforce the requirements of this Policy to their respective resellers, franchises, and buyers of Warthog products. Failure to comply with this Policy by either a Reseller OR a Reseller’s reseller, franchisee, or buyer shall be treated as a Policy violation. This Policy has been unilaterally adopted, will be strictly enforced, and may be modified at any time by Warthog.
Resellers remain free to establish their own advertising prices for Warthog products. However, if Warthog determines to its satisfaction that any Warthog product has been offered or listed at a price below the MAP, Warthog will consider such advertisement as a violation of this Policy. The MAP price is stated on all of Warthog’s wholesale price lists.

This Policy applies to all advertisements of Warthog products via any medium, including, but not limited to, print, internet, radio, television, newspapers, mail order catalogs, or e-mail solicitations. This Policy does not apply to discontinued products. Warthog reserves the right to discontinue sales of products to Resellers who violate this policy.
