Minimum Advertised Price Policy Statement All Advertised Prices for Covered Products and sets (sometimes referred to as “bundling”) be no less than the MAP price. This Policy applies to all retail directed catalogues and mailings, and to all emails, websites and other forms of solicitation of customers for Covered Products, including without limitation the offering of Covered Products via the websites of others via links. To achieve uniformity, all presentations or advertisements for our products on websites or elsewhere must list the sales price and no lesser prices may be suggested to the customer whether by suggesting that the customer click on an icon or telephone to receive a lower price or otherwise. If the customer is offered a premium, tie-in purchase, rebate, credit, or any other benefit, the “Advertised Price” will be calculated on the basis of the regular retail value of the premium or the tied-in product.
